Agreement

We are a flexible, full-service property management company that offers a wide range of property management solutions and packages for homeowners to meet their unique needs. We offer a standard percentage of revenue agreement that is more than competitive in the market. Owners will receive an exceptional level of service by our team including guest services, accounting, owner services, housekeeping and maintenance.

Our management agreement we propose would have our management fee of 20% of adjusted Gross Revenue.

THE SERVICES INCLUDE:
Our full service has you covered in all aspects for your vacation property with full marketing and revenue generation, access to Inspections and Security, management of Housekeeping, Maintenance and 3rd Party Professional Services, Concierge and Advisory Services, Collaboration and Support, Accounting and Record Keeping, and a personalized Owner Portal to see your past and upcoming reservations as well as make your own.
